Text or email me that morning for availability. If you want a guarenteed early Check-in, you can request a 2:00pm Check-in for only $25. 

Yes, they are located in the first floor landing. Please return after use. You may also see the bellman for assistance. He will unload your luggage and take it to your condo. Please tip accordingly.

Yes but very limited. It is reserved for those in need of parking assistance only. There is a daily charge. See the Bellman in front of the resort Lobby.

  1. High rise parking garage - free, if arm is down the acess code is #2030 with the # sign. Parking Hang Tag is located on back of condo door.
  2. Valet parking for those needing parking assistance - limited and a fee is charged
  3. Beach Access City parking, adjacent to Tower 1 - is metered seasonally
  4. 15 Minute Unloading parking in front of each tower. Don't stay too long as they do ticket then tow
  5. Oversize parking for trailers and large vehicles, across the street from Tower 2 - pay fee at lobby desk
  6. Motorcycles are ok in High Rise Parking Garage
  7. Golf Carts are ok in High Rise Parking Garage
  8. Handycap parking in marked spaces facing the towers

Arrival hint: there is often a line at 4:00pm of cars for valet parking and luggage assistence. Plan accordingly. You do not need to be in this line or use the lobby to check-in to our properties. All properties have keyless entry for instant check-in.

YES ! ! ! In the protected high rise parking garage. Use your Parking Hang Tag found on the back of your condo door.

If your building or the parking garage is locked, use the code #2030 (with the #) for access to the hotel elevator lobby and the parking garage. Usually locked after hours only. Resort lobby Tower 2, is unlocked and staffed 24/7 if emergency or building security issue. Do not use the Resort Lobby for check in.

Yes but they charge you a deposit fee of $20 to make sure that you return them. Your condo has 4 colored beach towels for your use for free. Just return them to the condo bathroom without sand. 

This is a privately owned Beach Condo and not a hotel or a part of this resort. We do a thorough cleaning prior to your arrival and stock it with fresh linens, towels and 4 colored beach towels. If you need more towels or are staying for an extended period, we do offer a towel and fresh linen delivery service for a fee of just $25, $50 for linens and changing beds and $85 for a full cleaning. Yes, please use what you need. There is no charge for the supplies. We want you to be comfortable especially if you forgot something

Yes of course. Please return everything back to the closet folded up and cleaned of sand. You may leave any unwanted additional beach stuff in there for the next traveler.

Yes. It is legal and available. Just can not guarantee privacy or block beach access since it is a public beach. The Bay Watch Resort can assist your plans from chairs and alter setup to catering to reception. Call the Resort 843-544-2587 and ask for Monica Devito. 

The flat screen TV is a new smart TV. You might have to login with your password to gain access to your pay services. The TV also does have HDMI ports available if you want to bring your Firestck or other devices. The Wi-Fi speed is adequate for streaming.

YES! Call Instacart 888-246-7822 for questions. Or sign-up on the website Instacart.com Our zip code is 29582 to get a list of participating stores that are close by. You can order food online including beer and wine with proper ID and even tell them the time to deliver it

Yes except the Icees from the swimming pool. We have had way too many accidents so PLEASE NO ICEES

Report this to the front desk telling them which building and which pool. Also email me so I have it in writing to report it to the resort management

Read on the back of the posted Resort Map inside of your beach condo. Basically:

  • No Smoking, ok on the beach
  • Pool Hours 8am-11pm
  • Wear wrist bands in pool areas
  • No glass at pools
  • No towels or clothing hung from the balcony
  • No feeding the sea gulls (flying rats)

Independent stores all with three large red dots on their signs. Open 9am-7pm. Closed Sunday. Distilleries open same hours. Duplin Winery 11am-9pm Closed Sunday. Beer and wine sold in super markets.

If official evcuation or the Bay Watch Resort is closed, then you get a full refund with no processing fees withheld directly refunded to your credit card that was used for the payment. YES if it is not already booked. Go to the VRBO website and look at the date's availability. If it is available, do not book it on VRBO. Contact me directly and I can save you some fees and taxes. But you need to act fast because it does fill up.
